Business plan not showing up in list

No response to sent support e-mails. Please apply business plan to (my only) site on my Weebly account. From the community I understand this can not be done by me (customer).

No problem, @jositako. If you reload you should see your site upgraded to Business now.

I am having the same problem and see that this is a common issue for people. Can someone assist me in transferring my business plan to the new site I created in my account?
