Can't access my account

I'm unable to access my Weebly account http://www.scinow.co.nz/. I've tried logging in with any email address I've used, but I think the one email address it's linked to has been discontinued (ammundbron@vuw.ac.nz).

I'm unable to login or even try resetting the password with any of my other emails (bronteammundsen@gmail.com, bronte@scinow.co.nz, etc)

Please can you provide me with the access info to bronte-wilson@outlook.com

Might I add - that to f***ing even post this I had to create a new account. Considering how often people have problems logigng in, perhaps you should make people able to contact you WITHOUT HAVING TO LOG THE F*** IN. 

I can't email you, I can't get a support ticket, I can't use the support chat. To contact you to tell you that I can't log in, I'm required to login. 

Do you see the problem!?

We have our Help Center and Community set up so you have to be logged in because it gives us additional information when chat or submit a ticket, which in turns makes it quicker for us to help people. It does unfortunately make things a lot trickier if you can't get logged in. The email address for the account with that site is the myvuw.ac.nz email address you mentioned. If the password for the account is the same using that with the email address should still work, though.

If not, please submit a ticket to our support team with the new account you made with the site you want to edit, and they escalate it to our account specialists to help.
