All sites are not publishable anymore...

Now, I was told, "To verify your account, enter your telephone number and retrieve a verification code that we send you via SMS".

I was to choose a country, I click Philippines.

Then my cell phone number, after I put in my cell phone number, when I click SUBMIT, it said, "The number you have entered is not eligible for use".

Very disappointing...

Same with me, I can't upload by cydia4iosnow.weebly.com large iOS 10 update and it told me to verify. Can someone send me the link? I can't get to it.

After I have to choosen my country, by selecting India, and enter my cell number and when I click SUBMIT, it said, "The number you have entered is not eligible for use". Very disappointing...Please help out.
