Renewal cancel

Hi

I would like to cancel my renewal which i believe is due tomorrow, but submitting a ticket gives me a popup which says "this ticket may not be sent" (Or something like that).

I need to cancel as i no longer wish to use Weebly and my funds are low.

How do you cancel, and isn't there an easier process for this?

You can cancel both of your services on the Services page of your account @KJeeMusic. Click on your name on the top right, then choose "Account". On the page that loads, go to the services tab and you'll see a cancel button for each service listed.
