Several issues

Hi Weebly, 

I can't seem to get any response via the ticket system or emailing. 

1) I published and paid for my website but it isn't active

2) I couldn't find anywhere to set up my personalised linked email address

My business is ready to go but I can't officially start because I don't have a website.
