I had originally purchased a domain and a mailbox for my Weebly website. I later decided I would move in another direction, so I took my domain to another provider. Unfortunately, I tried to do the same with the mailbox and I was unable to do it. I can't renew it through Weebly because the domain is through another service, I can't do it through that service because the mailbox was not purchased through them, and I can't do it through Google because it just tells me to contact Weebly.
Please help. I'm getting work emails through that mailbox and I haven't been able to access in days. I submitted a ticket 3 days ago and I'm yet to get an answer.
