Unable to enable SSL on my site

I have upgraded to the starter package,

1. I am unable to activate SSL - it keeps asking me to "In order to enable SSL on your website, your domain's DNS settings need to be updated."
I am 100% sure there is no AAA record in my DNS. It was managed by "cloudflare.com"

My Website is "waleteros.com"

Hi there. It looks like your domain is still pointed to the previous hosting company. If you do not have access to edit the dns you will need to reach out to Cloudflare. Or, if you are able to log into your Go Daddy account you should be able to update the nameservers back to Go Daddy. Then you will have access to the dns panel through Go Daddy directly.

Once you have access you will want to update the a-record to point to 199.34.228.79
