Unwanted payment

Hi, Adam:

On september 23th I received a charge on my pay pal account for the use of GSuite for our domain veredicto2018.com. It is 1,598 mexican pesos for one year.image

The point is that I don't want this suscription, as I told in a post in this community last week. About this matter you sent me the next post (screenshot):

According with this post I thought that everything was ok. I mean, there was no problem and that the suscrption expired by itself, but now I've been charged with this unwanted payment. The question is: may I have a cancellation and a refund? Thak you in advance.image

That's unfortunate, @Pedro2! It should not have renewed that. I have refunded the charge back to you and removed the service from your account. Sorry about that.
