Regarding deletion of my website

Hello, this is Dr Atul jain. One marketing representative has made one my website on weebly. Now I have changed my hospital. So website is having wrong information and my personal number. I'm unable to track that marketing representative, so please delete my website at earliest. I'm here to give you proof of datas those are used in website. I don't have access to registered email address and password also. I'm unable to Login to delete my website.
