Hi Weebly
I've sent you 3 messages through your "Chat" and "Email Us" feature. Seems there isn't a whole lot Chat about the chat feature.
I haven't received a response yet and I haven't received any confirmation that my messages have even come through.
Seems kind of strange that you don't send out a confirmation email, so the user/customer is assured that his/her message has landed..
I can't access my account (which was possible not long ago) and the reset password feature doesn't send any reset password steps..
Should I expect any response from your support?
Sorry to say, but I'll have to change to a different provider if you can't provide support in a timely fashion (or at all).
Hoping for a response.
