Hey @Taz!
1. Categories can be added to a post (click on post options while editing a blog post). When you publish your whole site these are added to the blog sidebar.
2. Blogs are chronologically sorted, so the most recent post is always on top
3. Make sure that each post includes at least one image that is 200px by 200px
