How do you make the button space smaller

I am trying to have three buttons in a row going horizonally. How do you make the button space smaller so you can have a horizontal row? I can't figure out how to drag the box to make it smaller.

I'm not sure what you mean without seeing what you have right now, @margaret11. What page of your site do you have these buttons on?

I have the exact same question but don't see the reply to this thread. I would like to make 3 buttons appear horizontally. Is this possible?

Thanks for posting, @Cynthia3. In the website editor, drag a button element to the right or left of another until you see a vertical blue line appear, then release your mouse button. Repeat these steps with another button element and you should end up with three buttons in three columns next to one another.
