Hi! A week ago I contacted the support centre because I want to transfer my .nl website. Because of the .nl extension, I can't get the epp code myself, but I need help from Weebly. After a while I received an email that said a support ticket was created for what I described, and that is was escalated to the domains team. I haven't heard form them since, but I am desperately waiting. I really need to be able to make the move and get on with my business. Is there anything I can do to speed this up? Thanks!

Just can't believe how long it takes for Weebly to contact me with the EPP code I need to transfer my domain. I am really very disappointed. Just got a reply, with absolutely no answer at all. I've got a .nl domainname I want to take away from Weebly. Why is this so difficult?

I'm sorry to hear, @Mi3 I did confirm your case has been escalated to the proper team, however, I am unable to see an eta for the EPP code. You will receive an update once the team hears back from the registrar.
