refund request !

Hi, Weebly team

Towdays ago, I make a payment "Business Site - 1 month".

Unfortunately, Weebly Business store system is not metch with my expectation.

So, i'd like to cancle or refund my payment. is it possible???

I hope that you guys make it possible.

Hi Kayvet

I believe it is possible.

I'm not sure if a full refund will be given, but you'll get a refund for the usage you haven't made yet (so the full amount minus the few days you've used, which should be neglegable).

I don't know if you'll manage to get this via the community forum however. I'd suggest you contact Weebly via this link: https://hc.weebly.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
