Hi there

I'm currently still within the 30 days for my Pro website and would like to cancel and refund ....I've tried to submit via the help centre but I can't enter data into yhr "what do you require help with" field

It's no problem to refund the charge for you, @Melmaskery. Did you want to keep your domain name, or cancel that too?

We will keep the domain name, just need a refund for Pro and Starter packages.

Could you let me know when this is confirmed?
