My Galaxy Tab A 8.0 stopped reading swiped cards

Our Galaxy Tab stopped reading swiped cards as well. The reader works on our phones and iPad, but not the Galaxy Tab that we have been using for years. Updating the os and deleting and reinstalling Square did not help.

@KittenDivision Thanks for reporting this issue. Have you tried each of these troubleshooting steps for the magstripe reader?

 

Are you seeing the same error message that the device isn't supported?
