The message reports that there's something wrong after I enter my checking account information?

I've entered my information and double checked it on two occasions. The message that I keep getting is that there's something wrong.  I'm stuck.

Verify you are not mixing up the account number and routing number.  You might call your bank to confirm the information.

As @RHatch mentioned (thank you!), it's a good idea to check your information with your bank. You can also see your routing and account numbers from the bottom of a check.
