I provide safety training to inviduals. My classes are generally open to the public so selling my services online is not a problem. Sometimes groups want to to have private groups where they have a their own number of people.

How can create an Item to sell online but is not visible to the public. I just simply provide them a link where they can sign up.

Great question Damon! The Online Store may not be the best option for these types of sales as there is no way to selectively choose who sees your items. Check out Square Invoices which will allow you to email the group directly and have them pay within that email.
