Mobile Site not the same as desktop, can't get it right

Hello everyone,

I've been attempting to get my mobile site to match my desktop version for quite some time. I've used some of the suggestions here, but it will not respond to my attempts. Please someone help. My website is www.otbvision.com

I want my homepage to look the same on my mobile version as it does on the desktop version.

For that, you may want to look into an app like Column Lock, or possibly custom coding, depending on how comfortable you are with CSS.
