Student Login to iOS app

How can students log in to the iOS app? It requires an email but student accounts only have a username ...

In the past people could enter the username in the email field and it would work for login, although I don't know if that still works @MrB1. If it doesn't work then I don't think there's a way for students to use the app, unfortunately.

Thanks Adam,

unfortunately, the username option doesn't work in the app (or not in a straight forward way). I have found a workaround by:

1. Creating the account

2, Changing the name of the account to bear an email address format (this seems to be not allowed when creating, but is accepted as a change)

3. Login using the name of the account (email address formatted) then seemed to work in apps

Clunky but it got me there.
