Click on your name on the top right, then choose "Account". On the page that loads, choose the Services link, then click on "extend" for your Google Apps service.

It looks like there's a problem with the card you're trying to renew with. You might want to try another card, or contact your bank/credit card company to see what they can tell you. Sorry for the trouble!

We previously had an email link in the site that directed emails elsewhere but it no longer works the acct is dawnemerson.ca and the email was info@dawnemerson.ca

It looks like that domain is set up to use G Suite, although I don't see that you set this up through us. Did you have this directly through Google or did you get it through your domain provider?
