Hey @CCHConcierge - There isn't a way for a customer to leave a note while paying an Invoice so it sounds like maybe your customer replied directly to the email they received to pay the Invoice. I would check your email inbox or spam folders to see if you can find it there. If not, I recommend checking in with your customer directly to clarify where they sent the note.
