The Square Appointments/Instagram booking feature is currently experiencing issues at the moment.

It's something on Facebook's end so our engineering is working with theirs to get it working again but for now you might not be able to link it.

You do have to have a business Instagram in order to do it in the first place so make sure that your account is listed as a business account on Instagram though.
