Card reader lost in shipment

My reader was ordered when I signed up. I was given a tracking number when it shipped out. I have monitored my reader sitting in Grand Prairie TX for two weeks now. Think maybe its time to send a new reader please.

Hello, I'm curious if this was ever resolved. My reader has also been sitting in Grand Prairie, TX for over two weeks and I can't seem to get anyone to do anything about it. Did you ever end up getting your reader?
