Help! Setting up for table service restaurant!

Hello,

Setting up square for the first time for use in a restaurant. We will have counter service in the mornings but then want to transition to table service in the evenings. So I have a couple questions.

 

1) Is there a way to allow each server to have their own cash drawer, not physically, but so at the end of the night, the bartender isn't having to deal with the servers making mistakes in their till?

 

2) Does having each serve having a mobile device log in work well, (will we still be able to send tickets to kitchen etc) and will this maybe solve the problem above?

 

3) To be able to track theft, excessive voids/returns etc. do you have all of your employees set up with roles and permissions?
