This is standard practice for credit card processors. All transactions get deposited together, it is called "batch deposit" They take all the day's transactions and sent them at once. That's just the way it is. I do not think you can change that but you can Contact Square Support to see.
Now you can pull a deposit report that will break it out. This will list your deposits for the time period selected. Jus click on the deposit and scroll down.
