I cannot do as the Help directs---I do not have the options to modify an email or any such thing as it says. I go to online booking--Invite Clients--Create Campaign and it only has options for me to design it. Then I can select who I want to send it to by creating a custom group and when I click "Send Now" it says the email is "queued." When I have taken this action, my client does not recive an email. I can send her a link to the scheduling page but I would like to have a nice email invite. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey @an2 - Sorry to hear about the trouble! I would have your client make sure they've checked their spam/junk/trash folders in case they marked it as spam or deleted it without realizing it. You can tell them to search for messages from marketing@messages.squareup.com. If they're still not seeing it, I recommend reaching out to the CS team directly and they can take a look at your account to narrow down the source of the issue.
