I am trying to update the pick-up message received by customers when they place an order for pick-up. Where do I go to do this?

Aah I see! So sorry about that.
You have the option to change the pick-up location through your Online Store Dashboard.
Online > Settings > Pickup & Delivery > Edit Location

You can edit any emails through the Settings in your Online Store.
Settings > Email Setup.

I am not trying to edit emails. I am interested in finding out how to change the 'default location' (and date/timeframe) for pick-up orders placed on my website.
