i got a referal and It didn't apply to my account

So my buisness Shear maddness salon has a square point of sales already I would like to use thier referal code. I set up my private accound due to booth renting my space under that same buisness.

Can this be fixed or not?

therer should be a section on the application for if some one refered someone its kinda confusing.

to be referred or to have someone be referred by you the new Square customer must click on the link that is the referral to tie the referral link to the new account.

If you didn't use the referral link mentioned by @VanKalkerFarms to sign up, reach out to our CS team and they can take a look at your account to see if it can be manually applied.
