We have started building new Loyalty Tutorials in the Point of Sale to help you and your employees better learn how to use the product!

We have heard feedback from many of our sellers, that it is hard to figure out how Loyalty works on the Point of Sale. We want to make that easier for you going forward, whether that be because you are new to Square and just signed up for Loyalty or you have new employees and you want to train them on how Loyalty works.

Here is the first tutorial that we have launched in the Square Point of Sale:

How to Redeem a Reward

This tutorial lives in your Square Point of Sale. Here is where you can find this tutorial:

1. In your Square Point of Sale, select the '3 Lines' on the top left corner. 

2. Select  'Support' in the left bar menu and go to 'Tutorials and Tours'

3. From there you will see both tutorials and you can go through a step by step guide.
