Automated welcome e-mail not working

After composing an automated welcome email and setting it to be send immediately when someone subscribes via the lead capture form, it does not seem to be working. I subscribed with two of my email adresses to test it and didn't receive anything (and yes I did set the lead capture form as trigger and checked if it landed in the spam emails). Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi, I have been experiencing the same issue with lead capture and cannot access the promote dashboard.

Did you remove the form from your site, @Swen? I didn't see it when looking at it (nice artwork, by the way).

Hi Adam,

Thanks for your reply. Yes I did remove it because I promise a free design tutorial wich is attached to the welcome email. And it's not a good start in building trust if people don't recieve anything when they sign up.
