Issue with weebly promote

I am very frustrated with weebly promote. I upgraded my website so I could have newsletters and updates. I was sent a suspension letter of service after 1 month of use. I have tried to email and call weebly no success. Very frustrated and right now unstatisified customer. Any help or suggestions is great but I believe this is on their end to fix.

Under my performance plan I have 5 email campaigns per month. I only sent 4 and still should have 1 left. Please fix this issue. I refuse to pay anymore as I have paid for the year.

It looks like you turned off auto-renew for the service, so after a month the service expired normally instead of renewing. If you'd like to continue using it, you can upgrade to the same level of Promote by going to promote.weebly.com and upgrading again.
