Keep saying to upgrade but I did

I want to be able to send a welcome letter when new people sign up. I paid the $95 for the year for the basic, and went to try to create an email, and every option on the site says I have to upgrade in order to use it, but based on the compare plans I should be able to already with the basic. Why is this happening?

Hi @DesertRaw I'm showing you signed up for a starter plan, but our hosting plans do not include email. We are a reseller for G-suite and the boxes are $49 for the year.
