I saw when I upgraded my account to the Performance Plan that I would recieve 5 email campaigns a month, however when I try to do an email campaign, it tells me that I need to upgrade my account. Help?
I'm working to fix this for you now, @KendraLeigh. I think this might have happened because you upgraded from business to performance. You'll get an email from us about making another purchase, but don't worry - you won't be charged anything else and this is just from me fixing the issue.
