It is not intutive that you can save and reuse an email template by clicking on the star on the side of the compose page.  This needs to be much clearer.  I had to call customer support to find out how to save, and since I did not save it the first time, I had to recreate all my prior work.  It is also very hard to get to support from Promote.  Weebly needs to integrate support into Promote, like it does elsewhere, if it is really going to support users.
