Just purchased the acclerate plan and tried to do some test campaigns and emails before we do our full automated campaign series for new options on our site.

I just worked with Weebly support to resolve this issue for us. We had to add promote@weebly.com to our safe list and can now receive the test e-mails. This solution also resolved the process of authenticating the send to / reply to e-mail.
