automated emails using newsletter form

Here's what I've done...

In Promote, I clicked Automated and created a series of 3 emails to be send to new clients. I currently have them disabled, and the Automation Status says "draft."

On my website, I created a form using the Newsletter form. I need an actual form for clients to fill out and answer some questions, not just a simple sign up form for an email only. When I test the form, I am getting notified of the entry. The entry says "opted in" on the bottom.

I'm having trouble getting the emails to send. Somewhere the emails I have written are not linking up to the form submition. What is the process for this? What am I missing? Thanks!

The emails are still in draft mode? Did you add contacts to send the campaign to? It sounds like you need to use the Contact Form element and not the Newsletter element. You'll be able to add in fields for questions. Smiley Happy
