I have tried alternate browsers like chrome and firefox already, i also switched laptops to see if it was device related. Every time i try to upload the CSV file (something i have done may times before) i select the csv file and get the spinning icon with the words preparing underneath, i can wait for over 10minutes but nothing happens.

Any help would be appreciated.

That would certainly be unusual! Is it just with that CSV file?

Its with all CSV files, even csv files i've been able to use for previous campaigns now won't load up.

I see! Are you able to contact our support team? They'd be able to try uploading a sample file to recreate the issue here and get it solved.
