I've just tried to send an email only to find that (without warning as far as I can tell), the "build" plan that I've paid for has reduced from 5 emails to 2 emails per month included!
Can admin please explain this? I've checked through my emails and can't find any indication that this would happen. We are a small business and can't afford/don't need the next level up, but 2 emails per month is frankly shoddy, especially since I paid a whole year up front - at least honour the deal for that year! In fact I just took this screenshot from the "compare plans" link, which clearly states 5 per month:
I don't see that in your account @daves_drums. I'm showing you have 4 remaining emails. However I also don't see any sent campaigns or any drafts... 
Oh, unless you created a campaign for a different website in your account?
