Hi,
I have an agent that takes payments via phone when doing deliveries. Is there any way that we can have that ability to have transactions taking place on the phone go to an email address that staff can view, while having another email address for all other transactions in-store and online.
IE: I want employees to be able to see receipts from only from the mobile transactions but not online and storefront.

Hello @atozmedical, transaction emails are only sent to the email address on file with your account. Currently we don't offer a way to split these emails based on location.
As long as your employee doesn't have access to your email address you don't have anything to worry about. Although, unless you're using Employee Permissions they will be able to view your reporting in the Point of Sale app. We have a permission setting that restricts accessing the sales report! 🙂
