We are a small business and just began accepting credit cards through the Square App. Do any other businesses have a hard time with the per transaction % surcharge being taken out of the payment? We charge our customers who use a credit card the extra fee added onto their invoice, but a lot of them balk at the idea of adding 3.5%. Anyone else out there have an idea how to get more people onboard with using their credit card? Sometimes the % taken out can be quite large since we do pretty large construction jobs. Any ideas or tips would be appreciated!
