Appointments - Approvals

In setting up Appointments, we would like to have 1 primary "front desk" staff member be the person who receives and approves/declines appointment requests, while still maintaining the ability for staff to see/manage their calendars.  (But not such that the staff all have to receive and approve their appointment requests individually).  What is the best way to accomplish this?

Hey @jcarney619 — thanks for bringing this up.

 

My best suggestion in this case is to go to Staff Member Permissions and grant "Full Access" to your front desk staff member and your other staff members. That setting will allow everyone to have the visibility you're looking for. At this time, any change made to a staff member by another staff member will still require them to approve the request individually. This is built into the appointment flow to ensure that the staff member is aware and committed to keeping the appointment.
