The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Booking Channels

I am a massage therapist, and I had Square categorize my business under "medical" in order to accept FSA cards. However, I believe that is the same reason that I am not able to use the "reserve with google" booking channel feature- it makes it look like I am a restricted business under google's rules. Is there a way to utilize that booking channel *and* continue to accept FSA?

Thanks for confirming that @Calliope! I checked with an Appointments specialist last night and they confirmed that businesses that are categorized as medical can't use Google Reserve. The same is true for medical practitioners like dentist and optometrists for example.

I'm sorry for all the back and forth. I've also asked the Appointments team to include that information in our Support Center so it's clearer to everyone else.

In the meantime, I've updated the title to help anyone else with the same question!

@Calliope I took a look and I see there are some business type restrictions with Google Reserve: for Spa and Beauty Services your business type should be supported unless it's a 'A stylist that comes to your workplace' and 'Mobile spa services'. Do you go to your clients or do you have a physical location?

hi Helen, OK so is there a Merchant Category with Square that allows a massage therapist, Chiropractor, etc to accept HSA/FSA cards, but also to utilize the "Reserve with Google" integration/feature? Please and thank you.
