Hi! I was charged by a young chiropracticioner who offered me a package deal of 10 visits for $500, plus 2 free visits as a new year of the red fire rooster promotion for Chinese-American patrons. It was offered with the alternative of paying $75 per visit! Obviously, I took the better sounding deal... the problem is that the practitioner subsequently blocked communication with me

My best suggestion is to contact your card-issuing bank and file a dispute for undelivered goods/services. Once the payment is disputed, Square will be able to work with the bank directly to make sure this gets sorted out as soon as possible.
