Hi @Bullo1tj - At this time you can only add one phone number to a customer profile, so you wouldn't be able to include your phone number.
Can you let me know why you'd like to be able to include your business number on yoru client's reminders? With a bit more information I might be able to share a workaround!

When a client has a reminder for their appointment. It should say where the location is and the business number in case the client needs to call to reschedule or any questions.

Oh I see what you mean @Bullo1tj. Your business information is included in email reminders, but there isn't a way to add business contact information to an SMS reminder automatically (update: you can add a custom message to a reminder when you create an Appointment). I agree that it would be very useful and I'll pass your feedback to the Appointments team.
