Hi @Mameaesha - So sorry this happened! I've looked up some more info on why some payments can fail. We recommend that you always have a strong wifi connection and make sure you get to the payment completed screen after the signature.
Normally in these situations, our recommendation is to reach out to the customer. But if you don't have their contact info, it's hard to rerun the charge. Sometimes this happens and it's never fun. Sorry again!
