Customer Wants to change to Receipts Wanted

Customer selected "no receipt" the first time their card was used but now they would like to start getting receipts.  How can I help them fix this issue.  I know how to fix it if they have an old receipt but this customer has never gotten any receipts with this card.

Every time after a sale it will ask you again, even if they turned it down a digital receipt first time.
