Disable a Company

We have two companies on square and need to disable on for we keep using the wrong company because of the way Square sorts the names. We cannot make the company that we want the default nor can we remove it. We really need a solution...

I have asked this question before and have no resolution. I need to get rid of one bank account or the 2nd company in the Main account. It is causing too many issues with invoicing because of the way the Square software sorts, invoices go out for the 2nd company when we ONLY use the first account. We need to disable the 2nd account. The software is causing more problems than it is solving in the current state...

Are you talking Locations? Do you have two locations set up in your account and you want to remove one of them? If so go to Account and Settings / Locations. Select the location you don't want and in the top right corner, click Deactivate. You will still have the location in your history but it will be removed from things like invoices. You can always turn it back on if you need it in the future.
