I went to check on this as well — the ability to disable tipping from the online Square Dashboard is not available at this time. So that I can share more insight with our Point of Sale team, can you provide more information on why being able to control this setting remotely would be helpful for your business?

If you need an added level of protection in terms of restricting access to tipping settings within the app, you can do so with Employee Management permissions and device codes: Employee Permissions.
