The customer profile update has taken away the option to redeem coupons that were sent via marketing, the only option we see now is to void the coupon.
We have several older customers that aren't exactly the best at email.
Is there anyway to bring this option back?

@CashsCleaners I'm really sorry to keep you waiting! Can you provide a bit more information about what you were doing before the update? Were your customers letting you know they received an email, but they didn't have the code to hand? Or they found the code difficult to locate from the email? A bit more information will help me to pinpoint what might have changed!
